The VILNIUS OUTLET shopping and entertainment center is a four-story, 33-meter-high Class A+ energy-efficient building, constructed between 2019 and 2021 (architects: Gedimino Jurevičiaus Studija, project manager Gediminas Jurevičius, architect Matas Jurevičius, developer UAB TREČIOJI KREGŽDĖ). The total area of the building is approximately 60,000 m².
The building features advanced fire safety solutions designed by experienced Poliprojektas engineers, including optimized spatial planning, a stationary fire suppression system, fire hydrants, and an efficient smoke extraction system. Additionally, a modern fire alarm and evacuation management system ensures safe evacuation, while fire compartmentalization is adapted to the building’s technological and architectural requirements.
