The S7 administrative building complex in Vilnius is a four-building, 6-story Class A office project, constructed between 2017 and 2020. One of the architectural firms involved was ARCHINOVA, and the developer was M.M.M. PROJEKTAI. The total area of the complex is approximately 45,000 m², with each building covering around 15,000 m².
The buildings from phases I, III, and IV feature advanced fire safety solutions, seamlessly integrated with modern, high-end architectural designs. The Poliprojektas fire safety engineers developed stationary fire suppression systems, fire hydrants, and an efficient smoke extraction system, ensuring safe evacuation and building protection in case of fire.
