The new RADISSON BLU HOTEL LIETUVA building in Vilnius is an 8-story Class A hotel extension, completed in 2018 on Konstitucijos Avenue (architects: FORMA – Saulius Mikštas, developer: UAB MERKO STATYBA). The total area of the extension is approximately 8,000 m².
The building incorporates advanced fire safety solutions that meet the highest international fire protection standards applied to Radisson hotels, designed by the Poliprojektas team. These include a stationary fire suppression system, fire hydrants, and an efficient smoke extraction system, as well as the integration of acoustic materials to ensure safe evacuation.
The new building is a modern architectural landmark located at Konstitucijos Ave. 20, Vilnius.
