In Vilnius, a three-building Class A+ office complex, completed in 2016. The complex consists of:
- QUADRUM EAST – a 17-story building, approximately 66 meters high.
- QUADRUM NORTH – a 12-story building, approximately 48 meters high.
- QUADRUM SOUTH – a 9-story building, approximately 34 meters high, completed in November 2019..
The total area of the complex is approximately 70,000 m², with 45,000 m² designated for office spaces.
The project was designed by the Norwegian architectural firm LUND+SLAATTO ARKITEKTER, with Espen Pedersen as the lead architect, and the architectural implementation was carried out by the Lithuanian company ARCHES.
The buildings incorporate advanced fire safety solutions, including a next-generation stationary water mist fire suppression system, fire hydrants, and an efficient smoke extraction system. High acoustic requirements have been harmonized with fire safety needs to ensure safe evacuation.
QUADRUM is a distinctive architectural landmark that seamlessly integrates into the modern high-rise district at Konstitucijos Ave. 21, Vilnius.
